Hoping does not equal Results!

For many months now homeowners have been lisitng their homes for prices that have no chance of selling. We are now in a widespread `Buyers`market. The `Detached` home market changed in June 2016, and the `Strata`market changed in June of 2018. If you are trying to sell your home, and it has not sold, it is only the price that is preventing you from getting a result. So one of only two things is happenning; either your Realtor has allowed you to think you will be successful at your price, in which case you should probably ask for more accountability, or two, you think your home is worth what you are asking, in which case you are confirming to the world that`You are the single best buyer for your own home!`The market is not going to improve in the short term. It is time for you to get properly informed. Wouldn`t you rather turn down unacceptable offers, rather than have none at all?
